On Tuesday 27 and Wednesday 28 May 2014, MEC conducted a project start-up workshop for new Development Fund partners. The workshop was attended by 13 local and one international NGO.
The objectives of the workshop were:
For partners and the MEC management team to agree a partnership approach
- To ensure all partners have clear understanding of contractual obligations
- For joint clarity and agreement on key M&E processes, roles & responsibilities, time-frame and outputs.
The workshop was attended by project managers, finance and M&E staff from MEC’s new partner organisations. On Tuesday afternoon representatives from MEC donors and founding partners joined the group to celebrate this milestone in the development of MEC.
