From 26 and 27 November, Almost 50 participants attended the recent Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) networking workshop, jointly organised by Open Society Institute (OSI) and MEC.
The goal of the participatory workshop was to bring together leaders and emerging leaders in ECCD in Myanmar. Over two days, the participants (including MEC’s ECCD partners) worked towards a shared vision, identified priorities, goals, challenges, and strategies to move forward in the ECCD sector. The workshop was jointly facilitated by the ECCD expert, Professor Jessica Ball and a number of Myanmar ECCD specialists from government, NGOs, UNICEF, academia and the private sector.
