An event to mark the 25th Anniversary of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) Day was organised by the NGO Child Rights Working Group (NCRWG) on 20 November. MEC was part of the organizing committee. We aimed to:
- Know the fundamental rights of children as obligations of everyone
- Be aware of every needs of children and protect to children as they are the foundation of Human Resources Development
- Raise the voice of children for children for their rights and encourage their participation and leading in advocacy for their rights.
There were 475 attendees at the event, which included children, parents, INGOs, NGO, and invited government and media. Thanks to all of those who joined hands with us for children.
