From 18 to 20 May, Myanmar Education Consortium’s Organisation Development team organised the Project Cycle Management (PCM) training for Karuna Myanmar Social Services (KMSS) in Pathein.
The objective of the training was to develop participants’ understanding of Project Cycle Management, Logical Framework Analysis and Monitoring and Evaluation. Twelve participants attended the training and will now be able to apply this knowledge to improve the management of their education projects.
