Organisational Development Process Training module 2

MEC organised OD Process Facilitation Training module two on 2 to 4 September, for 15 partners (including technical partners) and 18 participants joined the training. The objective of the module two is to introduce Organisation Development and the role of teams and group development through team building experience and reflection upon the process. The participants recognised that the important of the SBI feedback, questioning skill, real team, three logic of the organisational change and skillful discussion for effective teamwork and also practices of the usage of various assessment tools on the team level change.
