Education Team of Myanmar Education Consortium (MEC) organized a Program Quality Workshop for (12) current partner organizations from 22 to 23 August 2016 in Yangon. Partners are from Metta, Plan, Meikswe Myanmar (MM), Language and Social Development Organisation (LSDO), Pyinnya Tazaung Association (PTZA), Karen Baptist Church (KBC), Karuna Myanmar Social Services (KMSS) – Pathein, The Adventist Development and Relief Agency Myanmar (ADRA), Hope for Shinning Stars (S4SK), Karen Teacher Working Group (KTWG), Kayan New Generation Youth (KNGY), and Nyein (Shalom) Foundation. Altogether (23) participants attended the workshop that was facilitated by Dr. Thein Lwin, a Freelance Education Consultant.
At the end of the workshop, MEC expects that the education service providers will
- Understand the concepts of the quality education
- Put into practice to increase (better improve) quality of education
- Get the flow of procedure to develop technical report in the year end
