Myanmar Education Consortium (MEC)’s education team supported Kayan New Generation Youth (KNGY) to produce Training of Trainer (ToT) module for Mobile Teacher Trainers (MTTs) in Sep 2016.
After 3 months in Jan 2017, Daw Ommar Myint, Education Officer of MEC, had a follow-up visit to KNGY to revise the ToT module in order to apply it systematically and, strengthen the capacity of trainers.
Daw Ommar Myint said, “At the end of this revised ToT workshop, the participants will be able to operate trainings through content and process facilitation by utilizing the traits of effective training in line with systematic procedures to the various learning setting of different target groups”.
