JOB TITLE: Programme Operations Director
We are currently inviting motivated and talented individuals to apply for Programme Operations Director position based in Myanmar, Thailand or Home-Based within the Asia Region.
Under the overall leadership and direction of the consortium’s Director, the POD will play a key role in contributing to the strategy and direction of the programme as well as in leading and managing the programme operations department (including operations & admin, awards (grant management) and planning & coordination). S/he will lead a strong, high performing team, ensuring clear-cut roles and functions, working effectively with relevant key teams on all important programmatic, organisational and operational matters.

JOB TITLE: Education Technical Lead
We are currently inviting motivated and talented individuals to apply for two education technical lead positions based in Myanmar, Thailand or Home-Based within the Asia Region.
The role holder will be responsible for expanding its education team and further professionalise its approach to partner support and technical engagement. Working closely with the Head of Education, the Education Technical Leads will work to contribute to the development and implementation of education initiatives through partnerships. As part of an education team, the Education Technical Lead will be responsible for providing regionally focused education-based technical support to partners. The role holder will collaborate closely with the Monitoring, Accountability, Evaluation and Learning Manager to ensure that programme learning, external analysis, and insights inform and contribute to evidence-based programme planning and policy and advocacy.

JOB TITLE: Communications and Learning Specialist (Consultancy)
We are currently inviting motivated and talented individuals to apply for Communications and Learning Specialist Consultancy based in Myanmar, Thailand or Home-Based within the Asia Region.
The post holder will play a significant role in ensuring a strong learning culture is embedded in our programme and that learning is institutionalized in support of priority areas of focus in education. S/he will build upon current systems to strengthen evidence generation further and collaborate with all teams to ensure that evidence and learning are documented, disseminated, and utilised for strategic and operational implementation and planning. S/he will play a key role in communicating our work, its successes and impact, through the development and implementation of a strategic communication workstream that produces ready-to-use communication products. S/he will provide training, coaching and mentorship in line with team requirements.
