Organisational Development Process Training

MEC organised OD process facilitation training course for 15 partners (including technical partners) and MEC and all 17 participants joined the training. The objective of the training on 22-24 June, is to train change agents to support their organisations internally to create and implement successful strategies for organisational change.

The purpose of the module one workshop is to introduce OD and get experiential learning on the self and individual level change. The next three training series are due to take place in August, October and November 2015.
